Orders received before 2.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day, if you order after 2.30pm we will do our utmost to dispatch that day but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed on the Weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Please allow 7 working days after the scheduled delivery date in the UK and 21 working days in Europe before contacting us regarding a missing or delayed product. All “out of stock” backorders will be shipped as soon as we have them available “in-stock” at our warehouse (following our normal dispatch times as above). If you have placed an order that includes both in-stock and backorders, we may decide to split your order to ship the titles we do have with the remaining ones left on backorder. Splitting orders depends on the overall order value and quantities. Otherwise, if an order is not split, the entire order will be placed on backorder until all titles are back in-stock and ready to ship in one consignment.
Please note that if the title is out of stock with the manufacturer, then there is an indeterminate amount of time for when we will have stocks available with us. However, if the title is out of stock with us but in-stock with the manufacturer then in most cases, we would receive our stock replenishment within 3-14 business days.
You may cancel your backorders at any time prior to them being shipped, whereby a full refund for the value you paid at the time of purchase will be issued (if you would like to cancel a backorder please contact our customer services using the order enquiry form in your account area).
All early pre-orders for unreleased titles are shipped as soon as we receive the stocks from the manufacturer
You may cancel your order for any reason by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 days of the date of delivery to you. Such notice may be given by using our “Order Enquiry” form (link below) or by calling our customer services number +44(0)203 012 0065.
Additionally you may cancel your order because of a problem with your order such as a defect in the goods or because an incorrect quantity was delivered – in such circumstances, please notify us at the time of cancellation.
The goods must be returned undamaged and with the delivery note or invoice listing your unique order number and your name and address.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 working days of the date on which you ordered them you must notify us in writing using our “Order Enquiry” form (link below).
If you notify us of a defect or error in your order under this condition, we will, at your option, either: Make good any shortage or non-delivery; or replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or refund to you the amount paid for the goods.
On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless we agree otherwise. Where goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.
